The Winchester Public Library annual open house will be held Saturday, December 12th, from 12-2 pm.
Refreshments and entertainment will be provided, as well as your opportunity to vote for your favorite tree or wreath, uniquely decorated by local civic groups and individuals*. All those attending will be eligible to enter the door prize drawing! We hope to see you there!
